Does Alaska Road Trip offer a refund policy? Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom Alaska itinerary, you can request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 calendar days of delivery. Just email hello@alaskaroadtrip.com with your order details to receive your money back.
What are the terms of the Alaska Road Trip refund guarantee?
- Who qualifies for a refund? It applies to all custom itinerary purchases (Lite, Standard, Plus, Concierge, and cruise land add-ons) after the itinerary is delivered.
- How long do I have to request a refund? Request a refund within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Is there any hassle or revision requirement? No forms, no argument, no required revision round first.
- How do I start the refund process? Email hello@alaskaroadtrip.com with your order ID or checkout email.
Lite and Standard include one revision round; Plus and Concierge include two. But if the plan does not feel useful, specific, or worth what you paid, the refund is the backstop.
Are there any hidden fees or extra conditions?
No. The price you pay covers your full itinerary plus your tier’s included revisions, and everything is priced transparently up front. The only optional extras — additional revision rounds beyond your tier’s allowance ($50 each) or updates if your travel dates shift more than 30 days after delivery — are always quoted before any charge, never hidden. And if the plan does not feel useful, specific, or worth what you paid, the refund is the backstop.
Buying a gift?
Before redemption: the purchaser can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After itinerary delivery: the 14-day itinerary guarantee applies. Email hello@alaskaroadtrip.com with the gift code or order details.
Redeem within one year of purchase. This is a planning voucher; travel bookings are paid separately.
When does delivery start?
Delivery starts once your travel dates are confirmed. Lite and Standard take five days; Plus and the dedicated cruise land add-on take three. Concierge includes a planning call before the itinerary is built.
Is the Concierge planning call covered?
Concierge is covered in full, including a planning call that has already taken place. Cancel before itinerary delivery, or request a refund within 14 calendar days after delivery.
What happens with a deposit?
Cancel before itinerary delivery for a full refund of your $50 USD deposit. After delivery, the 14-day itinerary guarantee covers all payments toward your plan.
Your $50 USD deposit comes off the plan’s total. The remaining balance is paid through a Stripe link after delivery and your approval. The itinerary guarantee covers money paid toward your plan.
