Permit No. 003 · 2026 Season

A field
partnership
for people who
send travelers
north.

Trackable links, a branded discount code, and monthly commission on every traveler you point toward a custom Alaska itinerary. Approved partners go live within a business day.

§ 01 · Eligibility

Three classes of field partner.

We approve partners by audience fit, not follower count. If your people are headed for Alaska, you qualify.

CLASSA

RV & vehicle outfitters

Renters book the rig from you, then realize nobody planned the route. We pick up the planning layer without adding work for your front desk.

  • Class C and Class A rentals
  • Truck campers
  • Sprinter vans
CLASSB

Alaska creators

When followers ask "how do I turn this into a real trip?", give them a concrete next step instead of another saved post they never act on.

CLASSC

Cruise & travel blogs

Help readers solve the pre- and post-cruise land days that the cruise lines rarely plan past the shuttle dock.

§ 02 · The math

What a single referral actually looks like.

We don't make you guess. Here's the line-item breakdown of one standard $197 itinerary booked with a partner discount code at the 17.5% commission tier.

Commission is calculated on the net sale (after the partner discount, before processing fees). Payouts settle on the 10th of the following month.

§ 03 · Why it converts

They book the rig. They book the cruise. Then they stare at a map of Alaska and realize nobody's planning the days yet. That gap is where a partner referral lands — and where it converts.

§ 04 · How it works

Three stages.
Set up once. Track every referral.

  1. 01stage

    Permit issued

You get a branded URL, a discount code, dashboard login, and sample copy you can adapt for your channel.

Typically within one business day of approval.

  2. 02stage

    Travelers order an itinerary

They use your link or code at checkout. We handle intake, build the day-by-day plan, and deliver in five days.

Attribution is automatic on either the link or the code.

  3. 03stage

    Commission settles monthly

Your dashboard tracks clicks, attributed orders, commission accrued, and payout history in one view.

Net commission paid on the 10th of the following month.

  1. 01

    A trackable referral link ×1

A clean partner URL that attributes every visit and order back to your account — works alongside your code.

  2. 02

A branded Stripe discount code ×1

A 10% audience code that you control. Customers see it as your code at checkout, not a generic promo.

  3. 03

    Partner dashboard access unlimited

Live view of clicks, attributed orders, commission accrued, and historical payouts — signed in with magic link.

  4. 04

    Adaptable promo copy ×3

Short, medium, and long descriptions in your voice that you can drop into a video description, email, or article.

  5. 05

Monthly commission statement ×12 / yr

A line-itemed PDF statement on the 10th of the following month, with payout receipts attached.

  6. 06

A direct line to the team always

Partner email goes to a real person. If something looks off in the dashboard, you hear back within a day.

§ 06 · Apply

Send your channel,
your audience fit,
and a code idea.

One short email. If your audience lines up with travelers headed for Alaska, we can usually issue your permit and dashboard credentials within a business day.
